Team of ‘gaming geeks’ prepare to launch first casino titles – including game inspired by British pubs

A self-confessed team of gaming geeks are preparing to launch their first online casino game titles.

Lost World Games, based in Uppermill, Lancashire, UK, have teamed up with Odobo – a developer programme marketplace based in Gibraltar – to publish three games in the coming weeks.

The developers say their passion for console and PC games, blockbuster movies, comics and anime, will feed into their releases.

Their ambition, they say, is to inspire a “new breed” of casino games.

Lost World Games founder Rob Smith said: “Lost World Games exists to bring fresh and original content to iGaming.

“We are all gaming fans ourselves and our selection of themes, moods and titles reflects much of our ‘geek culture’.

“The Odobo Developer Program allows us to use highly developed tools and technology so we can dedicate our budget and our time to the concepts, the maths, the artwork and the overall experience of playing these games.

“We know that the tools on offer will mean that these games load fast, will be cross-device compatible and a hundred percent compliant.

“We’re also delighted to be building our games for a platform with such high calibre distribution potential for real-money and social casino.”

Lost Word Games say their vision is to use original maths models combined with modern, configurable slot games with diverse features.

Their initial releases will include monster movie-inspired ‘King of Kaiju’, the first of a series of games published by Gala Coral.

The team are also putting the finishing touches on a title influenced by the the classic story ‘Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde’ and a game called ‘Beer Goggles’, inspired, of course, by the Great British pub.

Odobo partner success manager Glen Bullen said: “The team at Lost World Games balance experience in compliance, development and technology with abundant passion.

“Their concepts are original and exciting.

“The team is building games that demonstrate quality and industry understanding. We’re thrilled that Lost World Games has chosen Odobo as the channel to release their first three titles.”
